METAL unites is a community with a subscription service that allows its members to stream videos, audios (“METAL unites” content) via Internet-enabled televisions, computers and other devices (“METAL unites-compatible devices”).
The METAL unites service is provided by dormedia, owner Michael Dormann, an owner-managed online marketing agency based in Germany.
There are three different METAL unites member levels: ROCKER, METALHEAD and WARRIOR.
The ROCKER level can be booked either for 7 days or for 12 months (subscription).
The METALHEAD level can be booked for 12 (subscription) or 24 (subscription) months.
The WARRIOR level can also be booked for 12 (subscription) or 24 (subscription) months.
The METAL unites membership will be automatically renewed every year until terminated. The exception is the 7-day ROCKER membership, which ends automatically after 7 days and is not renewed automatically (no subscription).
In order to use the METAL unites service, you will need Internet access, a METAL unites compatible device and a current, valid and accepted payment method. Unless membership is terminated prior to the annual billing date, the user automatically agrees that the membership fee for the following year will be deducted from the selected form of payment (see the “Cancellation” section below). You can view the details of your METAL unites membership by visiting our website and clicking on the “Profile” link below your profile name at the top of the page.
Free trial periods
The METAL unites membership may start with a free trial period. The free trial period of membership will allow new and certain former members to try the METAL unites service first. It amounts to 3 days in the member status “ROCKER”, 7 days in the member status “METALHAD” and 10 days in the member status “WARRIOR”. Excluded is the member status “ROCKER” in a 7-day subscription. Here no trial period can be granted.
METAL unites will evaluate the eligibility for a free trial period at its sole discretion and limit it to prevent abuse. If we find that we are not eligible for the free trial period, we reserve the right to revoke it and terminate the user profile.
Interested members with an existing or recently terminated METAL unites membership are not eligible for any probationary periods. To check the authorization statuses, METAL unites is authorized to access data such as the device ID, the method of payment or the e-mail address already used for an existing or until recently existing METAL unites membership. When combined with other offers, certain restrictions may apply.

3.1. Billing cycle
The membership fee for the METAL unites service and any fees that may be incurred in connection with the use of the service, such as: Taxes and transaction fees are debited annually at the beginning of paid membership according to the payment method. In some cases, your payment date may change. This is the case, for example, if the amount could not be deducted from the payment method or if the paid membership started on a day that does not exist in the respective month of the year. 3.2. Methods of payments
If a payment can not be settled successfully, because the respective payment method has expired, does not have sufficient credit or fails for any other reason, and the payment method has not been changed or the profile has been terminated, access to our service until a valid payment method be locked. If you update the payment method, we are authorized to deduct the outstanding fees from the updated payment method. The user remains responsible for any outstanding amounts even if the payment method changes. This may cause the invoice date to change. For certain types of payment, the payment method issuer may charge a fee for overseas transactions or other payment processing fees. Local taxes may vary depending on the method of payment. The METAL unites membership can be terminated at any time and you can continue to use the METAL unites service until the end of the annual billing cycle. To the extent permitted under applicable law, payments are non-refundable. Refunds or credits for underused periods or unseen METAL unites content will not be granted. To cancel, please go to the “profile” page of the website and follow the instructions for termination. If the membership has been canceled, the profile will be automatically closed at the end of the current billing cycle. If you used a third-party payment method when registering for METAL unites and you would like to cancel your METAL unites membership, you may need to do so through your third-party provider. This may require calling the profile from the affected third-party provider and turning off automatic renewals or logging out of this third-party provider of METAL unites. Billing information related to the METAL unites membership may also be available through the third-party profile.
3.4. Changes to the price and subscription offer
Our subscription offer and the prices for the METAL unites service may change from time to time. However, each user will be informed at least 30 days before their entry into force of any changes to prices and our subscription offer.
In order to become a member of the METAL unites service, the user must be 18 or have reached the age of majority in the region of the inhabited country. Minors may use the METAL unites service only under the supervision of an adult.
The METAL unites service and all content viewed through the service are for personal and non-commercial use only. During the METAL unites membership, we grant a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access the METAL unites service and view METAL unites content. Except for the limited license above, no rights, titles or claims are transferred to the User or Member. The user agrees not to use the service for public screenings.
The content of METAL unites can be viewed mainly in the country in which the profile was created, and only in geographic regions where we offer our service and have licensed the content. The content available for viewing may vary by region and will also change from time to time.
The METAL unites service, including the title offer, is updated regularly. In addition, we continually test various aspects of our service, including our website, our user interfaces, our advertising features, and the availability of METAL unites content.
The presentation quality of the METAL unites content may vary by device and depends on a number of factors, such as location, available bandwidth, and / or the speed of the Internet connection. The availability of HD, Ultra HD and HDR image quality depends on the user’s Internet service and device. Not all content is available in all formats, such as HD, Ultra HD or HDR, and not all subscriptions allow content to be received in all formats. The default playback settings over mobile networks exclude content in HD, Ultra HD, and HDR. For a better picture quality a quick connection is recommended. The user is responsible for all Internet access fees. Please contact the ISP as a user for more information on any data usage charges. The amount of time it takes to begin playing METAL unites content depends on a variety of factors including location, available bandwidth at the time of playback, selected content, and configurations of the METAL unites compatible device.
4.7. Passwords and profile access
The member who has created the METAL unites profile and whose payment method is debited with the membership fees (the “profile holder”), has access to and control of the METAL unites profile and the METAL unites-compatible devices that are accessible for access the METAL unites service. In order to maintain control of the profile and to prevent unauthorized access (including the title history for the particular profile), the profile owner must always have control over the METAL unites compatible devices used to access the service and may use the password or do not share the profile details of the selected payment method with third parties. He is responsible for updating the information provided in connection with the profile and for ensuring that it is up-to-date. In order to protect the user, METAL unites and our partners against identity theft or other fraudulent activities, METAL unites is authorized to terminate the membership or to suspend the user profile temporarily.
Special exclusion from the METAL unites service
5.1. Forum and facebook-group
If a user receives exclusive access to a closed / private group on a so-called “social media platform”, then there is a code of conduct.
This Code also applies to the exclusive internal forum of METAL unites.
So the same rules apply: every basically entitled member is welcome.
We reserve the right to remove members from the groups (even permanently!) If they do not behave according to the rules:
– No insults
– NO racist and fascist statements
– NO call for violence
– RESPECT and LEVEL should be self-evident
– ADVERTISING only in consultation with the administrators (just in the forum (area members) or contact facebook)
This also applies if the user has expressly acquired the access authorization in his booked membership package.
Warnings and possibly temporary exclusions are issued in advance, which prohibits further access for a limited period of time.
If these warnings do not lead to a change in the behavior of the user, a permanent exclusion can take place.
Access to all other posted / purchased content is not affected.
6.1. Cancellation of membership
The ROCKER 7-day membership ends automatically and does not have to be canceled.
All other packages may be terminated at any time for the following billing and membership period.
